LECRA Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your LECRA products. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to start a return: Contact us at support@lecracare.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as LECRA is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. There are no restocking fees.

- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Gift cards
